Explore booking optionsHow do I book or get a quote?
Use Book Your Shoot to explore property services in the booking portal. For a business, event, personal project, or help choosing the right services, send Ryan a message with what you have in mind.
What information should I have ready?
The property address, approximate size, services you’re interested in, preferred shoot date, and listing deadline are a helpful starting point. Mention any guest houses, community amenities, or standout features you want included. Share access arrangements and any restrictions with Ryan before the shoot; send gate or lockbox codes privately.
What files will I receive?
Property photos are delivered in high-resolution and MLS-ready formats. Video options include horizontal 4K films and vertical social media reels, with branded and unbranded versions available. Your chosen services determine what’s included.
How should I prepare?
Finish cleaning and staging before the appointment. Clear counters and personal items, make beds, secure pets, and move vehicles from the driveway where practical. For tours, prepare every included room and connecting hallway. Photography does not include cleaning or moving heavy furniture; if the home may not be ready, let Ryan know ahead of time.
Do I need to be at the property?
Not necessarily, provided authorized access is arranged in advance and an agent or responsible contact can be reached during the appointment. Share your priorities, any areas to leave out, and gate, elevator, or amenity arrangements beforehand.
What if it rains?
Drone coverage depends on the location, airspace, weather, and site conditions. Every flight is operated by an FAA Part 107-certified remote pilot. If you have a particular date or drone shot in mind, include it in your inquiry so we can discuss the options.

The story
behind the sign.
I’m Ryan, the owner of Mile Marker Studio.
Photography and video have interested me for as long as I can remember. My parents always encouraged me to explore those interests, even when they were simply hobbies. Watching my dad continue to learn, try new things, and build projects of his own also gave me the confidence to take those interests seriously.
That support led me to attend a visual and performing arts high school, where I studied photography, video production, and other areas of visual media. I’ve continued learning, shooting, and editing ever since.
Mile Marker gives me the opportunity to work on projects I care about while helping people here on the Treasure Coast show what they’ve built, grow their businesses, and capture the moments that matter to them. I work directly with each client to understand what they have in mind and find the right way to bring it to life through photography and video.
